The Process

  • STEP 1
    – Receive or Pick up Trophy items from the Outfitter.

    – Tagging all items.

    – Communication begins with client. 
Quotations to be send to clients.
    – Work commence after 50% deposit paid.
  • STEP 2 (Month
 2-3)
    – The skins go into the Soaking process, from there it 
will go to the Fleshing Department.
    – All skulls will go into the boiling process.
    – From there
, the skulls will be bleached and then left to dry.

    – After this process is done, there will be a quiet time
 for a few months.
  • STEP 3 (Month 3-5)
    – After the skins have been shaved, we check them and stitch all holes.
    – All Flat skins & Back Skins to be stretched .
    – While the skin is still in process, we start prepping 
the manikins, clients will then be contacted for instructions.

  • STEP 4 (Month 5-8)
    
- After the manikins have been shaped, we fit the skin and start to mount.

    – We then send the client an update with pictures.
    – After the mounts are complete, we allow them to dry for 2 weeks.

  • STEP 5 (Month 9-11)
    – After the drying process, we can now start to finish the mount.

    – The Finisher will clean the trophy and then start by painting it, ensuring that the mount looks as natural as 
possible.
  • 
STEP 6
 (Month 12-14)
    – When all the mounts are complete, we do a quality check, this is to ensure that the mounts leave here 
in a perfect condition!

    – We then send all our clients pictures of their finished items.

  • STEP 7 (Month 12-14)
    
- Crating all items.

    – Outstanding invoice balance to be paid.

    – Exporting of all items.
