{"id":355,"date":"2025-01-16T10:16:59","date_gmt":"2025-01-16T10:16:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.benditodip.com\/?page_id=355"},"modified":"2025-01-16T12:05:55","modified_gmt":"2025-01-16T12:05:55","slug":"the-process","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.benditodip.com\/?page_id=355","title":{"rendered":"The Process"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>STEP 1<\/strong><br>&#8211; Receive or Pick up Trophy items from the Outfitter.\u2028<br>&#8211; Tagging all items.\u2028<br>&#8211; Communication begins with client. \u2028Quotations to be send to clients. <br>&#8211; Work commence after 50% deposit paid.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>STEP 2<\/strong> (Month\u2028 2-3)<br>&#8211; The skins go into the Soaking process, from there it \u2028will go to the Fleshing Department.<br>&#8211; All skulls will go into the boiling process. <br>&#8211; From there\u2028, the skulls will be bleached and then left to dry.\u2028<br>&#8211; After this process is done, there will be a quiet time\u2028 for a few months.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>STEP 3<\/strong> (Month 3-5) <br>&#8211; After the skins have been shaved, we check them and stitch all holes. <br>&#8211; All Flat skins &amp; Back Skins to be stretched . <br>&#8211; While the skin is still in process, we start prepping \u2028the manikins, clients will then be contacted for instructions.\u2028<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>STEP 4<\/strong> (Month 5-8)<br>\u2028- After the manikins have been shaped, we fit the skin and start to mount.\u2028<br>&#8211; We then send the client an update with pictures. <br>&#8211; After the mounts are complete, we allow them to dry for 2 weeks.\u2028<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>STEP 5<\/strong> (Month 9-11)<br>&#8211; After the drying process, we can now start to finish the mount.\u2028<br>&#8211; The Finisher will clean the trophy and then start by painting it, ensuring that the mount looks as natural as \u2028possible.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2028<strong>STEP 6\u2028<\/strong> (Month 12-14)<br>&#8211; When all the mounts are complete, we do a quality check, this is to ensure that the mounts leave here \u2028in a perfect condition!\u2028 <br>&#8211; We then send all our clients pictures of their finished items.\u2028<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>STEP 7<\/strong> (Month 12-14)<br>\u2028- Crating all items.\u2028<br>&#8211; Outstanding invoice balance to be paid.\u2028<br>&#8211; Exporting of all items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Process<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"pgc_sgb_lightbox_settings":"","footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-355","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.benditodip.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/355","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.benditodip.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.benditodip.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.benditodip.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.benditodip.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=355"}],"version-history":[{"count":6,"href":"https:\/\/www.benditodip.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/355\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":394,"href":"https:\/\/www.benditodip.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/355\/revisions\/394"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.benditodip.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=355"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
